Why do I get "User could not be verified" error?

Because your login credentials do not match.

You may receive the below error message if the login credential you used to login to your LEXI app do not match with the ones used to configure your LEXI hub.

User could not be verified error

If you used another login credentials while configuring your hub, it gets associated with those login credentials. All you need to do is log into your LEXI app using the credentials you used while configuring your hub.

You should be able to see the hub once you are logged in using the associated credentials. You can then proceed to add the devices (lights) to your hub.
