This may happen if your LEXI hub gets disassociated with your devices.
All your LEXI devices and your hub are associated with each other by a software (CSR Mesh). Sometimes, the association breaks or gets interrupted by another 3rd party device. This may cause your lights to stop responding to your app commands.
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Close your LEXI app and switch off your hub. Switch on your hub after 2 minutes and check if you are able to control your lights with your LEXI app.
- The lights won't respond if they are far away from your hub (out of range). Please bring the light near your hub and check if the issue persists.
- If the above two steps fail, try running the Hub Diagnostic tool, which will locate the issue and resolve it as well.
