This could be due to your Lexi hub not having the latest update.
If you have got your new Lexi Hub, it needs to be updated to the latest version of software so it gets all the features which were released after its production. All you need to do is keep your hub powered on and connected to the internet.
Our system will update your hub over the air (OTA) and you will start seeing all features in your Lexi app as soon as its updated.
