If your LEXI Hub goes offline, you will see it in the LEXI Mobile App.
Please check the following:
1) Is your router still working?
2) Are you able to connect to your router using your mobile device?
3) Are you on the same network on which you have configured your Hub?
4) Is your Internet connection working?
5) Is your Hub powered on?
6) What is the status of the Hub LED indicator light? If the Hub indicator light is Red, there is an error condition and you may need to restart the hub. Also try powering your Hub using another power source, which is closer to your router.
