What is your returns policy?

If, for any reason, you decide to return your Lexi Product that you purchased from us for a refund, you must notify us and return the Product to us within thirty (30) days from the date the Product was delivered.

To request a return, please login to your LEXI account, and then click Orders. Click on the Exchange or Refund button next to the order which you wish to return. Follow the instructions shown by the system and once your request is successfully placed, your order must show "Exchange Requested" or "Refund Requested" next to it. Our warehouse team will analyze your request and notify you once its approved or rejected.

Unless the Product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the Product to us (including un-installation and the cost of shipping the Product back to us). We will refund the price you paid for the Product excluding original shipping charges.
