What if I receive an incorrect product?

Don't worry, we are here to help!

We take topmost care in packaging and shipping the correct products to all our customers. As a first step, please check your order confirmation email to ensure you placed order for the correct product.

In case you have received an incorrect product due to a manual picking error, please raise a return request.

To request a return, please login to your LEXI account, and then click Orders. Click on the Exchange or Refund button next to the order which you wish to return. Follow the instructions shown by the system and once your request is successfully placed, your order must show "Exchange Requested" or "Refund Requested" next to it. Our warehouse team will analyze your request and notify you once its approved or rejected.

We will pay to have it shipped back to our warehouse and the correct product sent to you.
