What if I receive a damaged product?

Don't worry, we are here to help!

We take topmost care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your product does get damaged in postal transit, please raise a return request.

To request a return, please login to your LEXI account, and then click Orders. Click on the Exchange button next to the order which you wish to return. Follow the instructions shown by the system and once your request is successfully placed, your order must show "Exchange Requested" next to it. Our warehouse team will analyze your request and notify you once its approved or rejected.

We will pay to have it shipped back to our warehouse and the correct product sent to you.
