The most important subsystem within LEXI is the Hub. Each LEXI customer is protected using a network key unique to every Hub. When the Hub is installed, a unique network key is created and every device added subsequently uses this network key. This makes the system secure as no one can get access to this key.
Our cloud servers are secured using industry standard security measures like firewalls, private networks, key based authentication, code encryption, error handling, Public key infrastructure and SSL/TLS encryption. We also monitor our infrastructure and conduct security audits using industry leading security tools. For API access, we use OAuth 2.0.
