Can I exchange my product?

Yes, you can.

You are welcome to exchange your product so long as it is unopened/unused and in the original condition with all tags/leaflets.

To request an exchange, please login to your LEXI account, and then click Orders. Click on the Exchange button next to the order which you wish to return. Follow the instructions shown by the system and once your request is successfully placed, your order must show "Exchange Requested" next to it. Our warehouse team will analyze your request and notify you once its approved or rejected.

We will ship you the replacement product as soon as the exchange product is received. Please understand, that you will be asked to pay for the shipping of the replacement product as well as the shipping of the original product back to the warehouse.

Note: All shipment costs for returning the unwanted product and receiving the new product in exchange needs to be paid by you.
